Islyn joined the lab in the summer of 2025 after extensive research experience including working with Dr. William Foxworth at Texas A&M–Prairie View on small ruminant reproduction.  In the Clark lab she has taken responsibility for the zebrafish facility and training new undergraduate researchers on basic zebrafish husbandry.  She is contributing to the development of new landing pad sites in the zebrafish genome.
